Converting A Stone Shed Into Bedroom?

I am moving house and the ‘normal’ bedroom is too small. Out the back garden there is a stone out-building with electric and double glazing, nearly all the walls are stone. What would it be like to live in if i put carpet, and furnishings in, and since i live in the UK would there be any problems with planning?

    yep good think in, it be very good insulation, in lightning ridge Australia sum homes are just old mines very good insulation. (Lightning ridge is the only place you can fined Black opal in mass quantity’s)
